Public Brain style workshop

held 22nd August 2017

“being in my new position at work I need to get the team in good spirits to work well here, the team building event held was amazing and I think it did just what was intended, and everyone had fun” Wade Bartlett, General Manager.
Delegates came predominantly from SAMMBR (Sea World) Curatorial or Aquarium department as well as delegates from Office Elements, Synergy Health, Erika Coetzee Consulting and an independent delegate.

This was a half day workshop geared to give a brief introduction into Emotional Intelligence and an in depth look at Six Seconds Brain profiles.

Synergy Health: If you wish to communicate and collaborate more effectively attend this and other EQ Workshops.

Rob Kyle, SAAMBR: It explains a lot that is very useful, once you know to look for it. It helped me pinpoint improvements that I can make at work and at home.

These are the 2 groups that delegates were divided into according to their Brain style ie whether their brains prefer focussing on emotional or rational data. They discussed the pro's and con's of each style and how best to enhance communication between each other.
